R W Pascoe Pty Ltd, as a merchant, supplies a service to the growers and retail purchasers of fruit and vegetables. As a part of our policy to meet and, where possible to exceed our customers' expectations, R W Pascoe Pty Ltd and all our staff are committed to:
  1. meeting customer expectations for quality such as value for money, prompt service, reliability, back-up service, shelf life and quality for consumption of our products;
  2. adopting management practices and principles, based on the international model for Quality Management systems AS/NZS ISO 9002:1994 as well as employing logistical proceedures that conform to established HAACP principles;
  3. employing skilled staff, trained in the performance of their duties, who are aware of and committed to quality assurance;
  4. maximising the use of technology and food safety to provide the appropriate environmental storage for our produce;
  5. ensuring freshness and integrity of product for domestic and overseas markets;
  6. ensuring product complies with the statutory requirements of importing countries;
  7. continual improvement of environmental performance;
  8. regularly reviewing the effectiveness of the Quality System through internal and external audits;
  9. maintaining product control and maintenance of processing standards through control mechanisms and inspection techniques, and
  10. striving for continual improvement in everything we do. 

As an integral part of sale and distribution of fresh fruit and vegetables, growers involvement and visits to the Brisbane Markets are to be encouraged.
